Specifying your letter selection

• Select the required letter from the drop down box and click 'Add to cart'. You will be taken to the checkout page where you can verify your letter selection. To select more letters click on 'Continue shopping' and you will be returned to the previous page.
• When filling in your delivery details you will notice a text box for "Special delivery instructions", please confirm your letter selection here i.e. 6 letters: 'Thomas'. This will allow us to double check your order selection.
• Don't worry if you forget to confirm which letters you need, we'll email you or give you call if there looks to be a problem.
