Online Orders

To order online, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button, you will then see the item displayed in the shopping cart summary. From the cart summary you can easily add or delete items. Once you have finished ordering click ‘Proceed to checkout’ and you will be directed to our secure Paypal payment site.

Phone Orders

Please call us on 0417 170 633 during standard business hours (WST) to place a phone order.

Email Orders

Send your email order to cat@theowlandthepussycat.com.au. 

You can then finalise payment by cheque or EFT (Direct Deposit).

Returns and exchanges

So long as goods are returned within 14 days unused, unworn, in original packaging and with tags still attached we will happily offer a refund or exchange on the item. Postage costs are non-refundable.

Custom orders, CD titles and individual items within gift arrangements* are excluded from this policy.

*Gift arrangements: Individual items within gift arrangements cannot be refunded, however items of apparel can be exchanged if size or colour is unsuitable.

Damaged Goods

The quality and condition of goods are assured upon dispatch however if an item is damaged in transit please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement. We do need to verify the condition of goods before replacement items can be sent.

It is advisable to insure goods when returning them, as The Owl and the Pussycat cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit.

Delivery

Orders to the value of $150 or more are shipped free.

All items are shipped via Express Post and if received by 10am are dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 10am are dispatched the following day.

The Owl and the Pussycat delivers gifts Australia wide. The cost is $7.50 for items up to 500g and $10.50 for items up to 3kg. Orders weighing more than 3kg will be quoted prior to order confirmation. Please note that all of our pre-arranged gift sets weigh less than 3kg.

Gift certificates are mailed free of charge to any destination.

Please allow 2-4 days delivery depending on the destination state.

Packaging

All items and gift sets are presented in our eco-friendly re-usable fabric bag.

We gift wrap for FREE! There are no hidden costs. To arrange free gift wrapping just check the box 'please wrap my gift' when you complete the order form. *Gift wrap is not available on sale items.

If you would like to send a gift set or item directly to the recipient we will gladly enclose a hand written message on your behalf. You can write your message in the space provided when you complete the order form.

Privacy

At The Owl and the Pussycat we respect your privacy and guarantee that your personal details will be kept safe and confidential. If you have joined our mailing list, you may 'opt out' at any time by emailing us your request. Your personal details will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided them, such as the delivery of goods or subscribing to our newsletter. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose and will not disclose such information without your consent. The personal information that you provide to us is stored in a secure manner and we ensure that reasonable steps are taken to protect it from misuse or loss.
