Shipping & Refunds

Orders can be picked up from Dennington VIC 3280. If you wish to do this, please select pick up from store at the checkout and use the Contact Us page to arrange a suitable time to pick up. Please note that orders can only be picked up once payment has cleared for this option.

Shipping is automatically calculated through Australia Post and includes packaging and handling fees. Please note that postage for bulky items shipping costs may need to be adjusted. You will be contacted via email if this is the case.

We do ship both express post and Internationally. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of payment being received. You will receive email notification when your order has been shipped.

All postage is done through Australia Post and delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Please also note that we cannot replace items damaged in transit and you will need to lodge this with Australia Post on the off chance this occurs. Alternatively, you can purchase shipping insurance. Please contact us if you wish to do so prior to checking out.

Refund or replacement will be provided for faulty products. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, but can offer a store credit, minus shipping and return shipping costs. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. For more information on refunds and returns, please contact us.
